What should I do If I am having trouble connecting to the internet?

Use another device or computer to ensure internet service is working. If it is not working please contact your internet service provider for details and support.

Make sure your Ethernet cable is correctly connected to a proper Ethernet port on your router.

Make sure your firewall does support the requirements for Kevō Plus. Depending on your network’s firewall and security policy, you may be required to open the following ports:

TCP 8100
UDP 13252
Local Debug 499
Local Debug 11000
