When you first connect the Kevō Plus Gateway to your Internet router your mobile device will make a direct connection to the Kevō Plus Gateway. After this initial connection, all communication between your mobile device and the Kevō Plus Gateway pass through our cloud services to maintain a connection wherever you are.
