How do I send an eKey via the web portal

  1. Sign in to your Kevō account at Kevō.com (same account used with the mobile app).
  2. Click on "Send an eKey" from the main drop down menu on the left.
  3. Click on the name of the lock you wish to send an eKey for.
  4. Select the desired recipient from the user list, or add a new user by email.
  5. Select the desired eKey type; Anytime, Scheduled, or Guest.
  6. Include a personalized message with the eKey and send. The recipient will need to accept the eKey once received.
