Kevo App is not working after an iOS update or after restoring your device from a backup image from iCloud or iTunes.
Please try the steps outlined below to try to resolve the issue.
- Uninstall the Kevo app.
- Install the Kevo app from the App Store.
- Check that Bluetooth is turned “ON” along with “Location Services”.
- If Kevo app is still not working, Power Off and On your iPhone.
